Eeee banyak betul tsunami akhir-akhir ni.
Tahap nasional tu satu, ini tahap tempat kerja pun satu hal jugak.
Di sebabkan kerana sekarang ni arus perdana semuanya perlu transparensi, maka bila sesuatu proses itu di tukar tanpa melalui akta-akta yang sepatutnya, maka barisan rakyat jelata, dengan berkeyakinan tidak mau menerima dan menjalani proses-proses baru itu.
Sebagai orang yang dipertanggungjawabkan dalam hal ehwal proses dan dokumentasi, maka segala rungutan suara rakyat di salurkan kepada 2 lubang telinga ku.
Disebabkan suasana ini juga, maka aku telah berbincang dengan segala pihak yang terlibat dan mempunyai kuasa. Cuma menunggu kepala otak aku terang benderang sikit lagi. Asyik berjerebu semenjak 2 3 menjak ni. Mujurlah ada seorang yang dapat menolong aku menzahirkan idea-idea di dalam applikasi titik-kuasa. Jadi dapatlah aku gunakan itu sebagai rujukan.
Hmmm tapikan, aduh banyak le kerja ku ini. Dah begitu termaktub dalam JD aku, nak buat camne ... buat kena buat.

And the results are ...
shocking but not lah unimaginable.
Our hometown Trg state is still in the dark blue, while our residence town SA is now in multicolour. This change of baton was what Oghang Ghanu experience 2 terms ago. It's now happening in other states. Will history repeat itself ? Will changes in other states are to stay ?
We'll see ...
At at the federal level, no more 2/3 majority. So both sides better behave and perform ... else ... mokcik sendiri masuk calon next round :)
At the federal level, my interest will be to know who's the Transport and Women and Education Minister.
Transport - because it has direct impact to my current employment.
Women - because I am a women.
Education - because I got 4 schooling age kids.
In one or two week time, when the "excitement" is over, things will get back to normal. Time to deliver the promises and sayings. Now Malaysian knows where the power is --- at the ballot box.
Ohhh someone kindly clean up the banners around our homes, with the rains pouring the sight is getting uglier by the day.

In the mean time, I do have my upmost respect to these 2 guys going out .... Kak Ijat & Dr Koh. Dr Koh is such a good leader - humble in victory, gracious in loss.

Koh offers to step down

PENANG: Acting Gerakan president Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon has taken full responsibility for the party’s poor showing in the general election and offered to step down.
“We did not expect such a big swing of votes in favour of the Opposition. The party’s central committee will conduct a post-mortem and meet to determine my future as well as the party’s,” said the outgoing chief minister.
Dr Koh said he visited Yang di-Pertua Negri Tun Abdul Rahman Abbas at Seri Mutiara yesterday to officially inform him of the general election results.

“I want to urge the people to give their full support to the leaders they have chosen. Give your new leaders a chance to perform. This is also what I told civil servants.
“We may have different opinions on policies but I must accept the views of the people,” he said.
On Gerakan playing an effective opposition role in the DAP-led government, Dr Koh replied: “I am not sure how that is possible because we don’t even have one representative in the state assembly.”
He added that his position as Penang Development Corporation and Penang Water Supply Corporation chairman would be decided by the new government.
“I am now only the caretaker chief minister,” he said after receiving a courtesy call from incoming chief minister and DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng and about 20 party officials yesterday.
Commenting on the call by former prime minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad for Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to step down, Dr Koh said Abdullah had said that he would continue leading the country.
“As far as Gerakan is concerned, it is still part of the Barisan coalition,” he said.
Addressing the media, Lim thanked Dr Koh for “welcoming” the party into his office.
“I appreciate and thank him for his willingness to accept the people’s decision and we welcome his views. The new administration is one for all Penangites, not just one particular party,” he said.
Lim and the DAP officials later paid a courtesy call on the governor.
The swearing-in ceremony will be held at Seri Mutiara at 5pm tomorrow.
Hours after conceding defeat to the Opposition, Dr Koh returned to his 28th-floor office in Komtar to pack his belongings.
At 2.30am yesterday, Dr Koh left his office carrying a pillow, some documents and personal items.
Speaking to the press briefly before leaving the tower office, Dr Koh said he was taking home the pillow which he used to sleep on when he was tired at work.
“The other state executive members will be coming in to clear their offices as well,” he said.

In the printed version of Harian Metro, there's a one page interview on Nenek Maimun. Her answers sound very genuine and thoughtful.
Will she make it on March 8th - btw ... she's contesting in my parliamentary seat Kuala Terengganu !
At least now I've 3 candidates to choose from and frankly, she's not the "last" in my list.

KUALA TERENGGANU: Selepas empat percubaan sebelum ini bertanding pada pilihan raya umum gagal apabila borang pencalonannya ditolak, hajat seorang wanita warga emas menjadi calon akhirnya berjaya.Maimun Yusof, 89, dari Kampung Atas Tol, dekat sini, `menggemparkan’ Pejabat Daerah Kuala Terengganu apabila menyerahkan borang pencalonan bertanding calon Bebas bagi kerusi Parlimen Kuala Terengganu, semalam.Tindakan nenek tujuh cucu itu bukan sahaja menjadikannya calon paling tua bertanding pada pilihan raya umum kali ini, malah menyebabkan kerusi berkenaan ditandingi tiga penjuru. Selain kerusi berkenaan, tujuh lagi kerusi Parlimen dan 32 kerusi Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) di seluruh negeri hanya membabitkan pertandingan dua penjuru antara calon BN, Pas dan Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR).
Wanita yang menggunakan lambang set tiga kunci itu berdepan calon Barisan Nasional (BN) yang juga penyandang, Datuk Razali Ismail dan calon `payung terjun’, Mohamad Sabu yang juga Naib Presiden Pas.
Maimun yang berasal dan masih menetap di Kampung Atas Tol, dekat sini, berkata, sebelum ini kertas pencalonan kerusi DUN Bandar sering ditolak Pegawai Pengurus Pilihan Raya. “Pelbagai alasan diberi seperti saya tidak membawa pencadang dan penyokong dari kawasan sama hinggalah kegagalan mengeja nama dengan betul. “Saya rasa mereka mungkin menyangka saya akan kalah teruk dan hilang wang pertaruhan menyebabkan mereka mahu menyelamatkan saya daripada kerugian wang dengan membatalkan pencalonan saya,” katanya.Bagaimanapun, katanya, dia bukan seorang yang mudah berputus asa dan kali ini menukar strategi dengan melupakan DUN Bandar sebaliknya memberi tumpuan dan perhatian kepada Parlimen Kuala Terengganu.
